JP Properties worked with one of it’s agent partners on the sale of this property. The agent was preparing to list the house for his client when the seller decided he would prefer an easy sale and not deal with the hassle of showings and making repairs. The listing agent engaged JP Properties for an offer and closed 10 days later with no inspection. Construction consisted of a new roof, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, interior and exterior paint.  After renovations were complete, JP Properties sold 10% over anticipated list price to a first time home buyer.
